My History

I'm passionate about entrepreneurship. Having been in the entrepreneur's shoes for quite some time, I understand the daily challenges faced by small business owners. Entrepreneurs must undertake many different responsibilities and roles to achieve success.

For 20 years, I served as the executive manager of my family's travel agency. In this role, I managed the company's finances, administration, travel operations and customer service.

Later on, when I moved to Switzerland, I took the opportunity to update my knowledge of innovation and entrepreneurship. The business environment has changed dramatically in recent years, and I wanted to stay updated with the latest developments. In December 2018, I completed a Master's in Business Innovation at CREA Genève.

During this program, I was introduced to various methodologies, including Design Thinking, Agile Product Development, Customer Experience and Business Development. I also became familiar with various tools and software that can be used to increase productivity for businesses of all sizes.

In January 2020, I was on a team implementing a car fleet management company. My role involved carrying out the rollout strategy in Switzerland, France, and Belgium. I was responsible for day-to-day operational management and coordinating and implementing customer service operations.

At the beginning of 2022, I created Swiss Sports Travel, a transportation company offering ski transfers to the best Swiss and French Alps resorts.
